Key Account Manager Nonfood Bucharest - Romania

Key responsibilities:

Build mutually beneficial relationships with customers

Analyze the efficiency of promotional activities and return on investment in respective customer

Negotiate trade terms, listings and promotional activities with retailers

Manage National Accounts customers’ business development in line with company’s values and strategies

Proactively identify business growth opportunities for FICOSOTA Nonfood brands

Build and lead the execution of sales and marketing plans by customer

Act as an interface between consumer marketing and field sales team, in order to ensure execution of the agreed commercial plans by customer

Monitoring of trade investment

Track and analyze business/promotional results, ensure on time payments according to agreements with customers

Constantly seek for opportunities for in-store improvements

Develop new business opportunities in the current markets


Experience – at least 3 years on similar position in the FMCG sector

University degree – Economics or Finance will be considered an advantage

Fluency in English – both written and spoken

Strong leadership and a “Can Do” attitude Ability to analyze and draw result-oriented conclusions

Ability to think strategically Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills

Knowledge and experience working with P&L

Computer skills – MS Office – Power Point, Word, Excel

Clean driving license – ‘’B’’ category
