Sales team - Nonfood Brands

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage National Accounts customers’ business development in line with company’s values and strategies
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with customers
  • Negotiate trade terms, listings and promotional activities with retailers
  • Build and lead the execution of sales and marketing plans by customer
  • Analyze the efficiency of promotional activities and return on investment in respective customer
  • Proactively identify business growth opportunities for Ficosota Nonfood brands
  • Constantly seek for opportunities for in-store improvements


  • Experience – at least 2 years on similar position and similar customers in the FMCG sector
  • University degree – Economics or Finance will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken
  • Strong leadership and a “Can Do” attitude
  • Ability to analyze and draw result-oriented conclusions
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge and experience working with P&L
  • Computer skills – MS Office – Power Point, Word, Excel
  • Clean driving license
