Regional Sales Manager Plovdiv - Bulgaria

Channel-Traditional trade
Brands: Savex, Semana, Teo, Blazy, Exo, Feya, Teo bebe, Milde, Emeka
Region Plovdiv-Stara Zagora

Main function:

Maintains and controls the agreed relationship with the customers in traditional trade channel
Looking for opportunities to improve sales and initiate commercial promotional activities

Main Responsibilities:

• Distributors, wholesalers-scheduled visits, optimizing requests if necessary; Negotiation and monitoring of promotions, brochures, placement
• Monitoring of the distributors commercial agents performance by stores
• Responsible for the quantitative turnover in the entrusted region
• Responsible for the distribution coverage of the company's products in the entrusted region
• Maintains and controls the contractual relations with Distributors, wholesalers


• Higher education – Economic is considered an advantage
• Experience on a similar position in fast Moving goods – minimum 1 years
• Working level in English – written and spoken
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Active driver – Minimum 5 years experience
• Commercial skills; Experience in trade negotiations

• Ability to prioritize and organize current tasks independently
• Ability to work in a team and manage people
• Very good in communication with customers. Assertiveness
• Very good communication skills and analytical skills
