HR Generalist with Recruitment focus


The aim of the role: It is responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service to the business, mainly in Recruitment and HR administration areas on International level. The role assures application, implementation and coordination of Recruitment and HR administration policies and practices. The HR Generalist proactively advises on best HR practices and where necessary takes a hands-on role in dealing with case work.

The HR Generalist supports the people management functions that underpin the business culture. The broad areas might include development and maintenance of employee matters, professional growth and internal communication processes.

Recruitment responsibilities:


  • Acts as a Global Recruiter across the company’s International business and provides support to the HR teams in BG & RO
  • Provides advice and expertise to assist Hiring Managers in being equipped to hire the best candidates in an efficient and compliant manner
  • Searches candidates throughout various sources (including digital networks, LinkedIn alike) or job boards, job centers, newspapers, CV searching
  • Advertises positions, conducts CV screening, face to face and on-line interviews; supplies suitable candidates to Hiring Managers
  • First point of contact for key stakeholders in the recruitment process – i.e. candidates, hiring managers, HR colleagues; provides advice on recruitment processes and procedures
  • Maintains and develops suitable tools (psychometrical tests, case studies, Assessment centers, etc.) per levels/per functions
  • Ensures all candidates, both internal and external, receives full feedback and communication at all stages in the process
  • Maintains recruitment database
  • Leads improvement projects in talent acquisition


HR Administration responsibilities:

  • HR administration support to the Payroll outsourcing company
  • Coordinates all employment related documents
  • Responsible for completion and accuracy of all personnel files
  • Facilitates On-boarding & Orientation program
  • Provides standard reports and consolidates other locations reports

Related responsibilities:

  • Internal communication channels development and maintenance
  • Internship/Rotation Program
  • Plays active role in creation, implementation and improvement of new or existing HR procedures, programs and projects;



  • Experience gained in a recruitment role on international level
  • Digital oriented
  • Proactive direct sourcing proved knowledge skills with ability to network and source and screen candidates via job boards, professional networks (LinkedIn alike);
  • At least 2 years of experience at the position of HR Administrator, HR Generalist or HR Specialist
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills (according to EEP – C1)
  • Knowledge of Labor code
  • Able to work effectively on own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Strong and assertive communication style
  • Able to work under pressure with a “can do” attitude
  • Good team player/interpersonal skills
  • Proactive individual with initiative work manner
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Email)


  • Previous HCM experience/knowledge
  • Gained experience in complex organization and fast-paced environment
  • Skills to design and implement processes
  • Previous Learning & Development experience/knowledge
  • Project management
