We are looking for an assistant to join our SAP team and to discover all business processes in the FMCG sector. Even more, the trainee will develop the ability to translate the latter in ERP language.

Regarding an ongoing SAP S/4Hana greenfield implementation project within the company, a highly motivated individual is needed to join a small, in-house team, responsible for the SAP system ownership (template, integration, support). You will learn to perform a key role in co-ordination with key users on aspects of master data management within the SAP system.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILL YOU WILL DEVELOP:

• Assist with the validation of Master Data (excel templates with data concerning materials, business partners before import in SAP)
• Supports the communication with Key Users (coordinate any inconsistences found in the excel templates)
• Participate in SAP Master Data internal procedures (support the SAP MD internal procedure improvement)
• Facilitate all kind of system tests (support the users during SAP testing of new system configuration)
