The main purpose of the role:

Monitors and improves the company's organizational processes for the purpose of making them as efficient as possible. The person responsible for this role will be working closely with managers and will be conducting research and analysis for the purpose of:

  • improving all workflows
  • removing low-valued activities
  • recommending solutions

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing business processes to find opportunities for improvement
  • Create strategic plans to support the long-term profitable growth of the business, including developing short and long-term strategies and incorporating different corporate practices
  • Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing process implementation 
  • Deploy plant processes and systems to ensure world class manufacturing processes are achieved
  • Coordinate and lead key projects for improvement across all levels of the organization
  • Establishes measurable standards at the beginning of a project and then compares the actual results of the project to the initial idea
  • Serve as a coach who coordinates workshops and team pieces of training, openly sharing their guidance and technical expertise and ensuring that learning resources are widely available
  • Lead additional projects when required

Required skills:

  • Proven background and experience in implementing Lean manufacturing methodologies
  • Solid knowledge and experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain or engineering are essential
  • Bachelor, Master or advanced degree preferably in the Technical/ Engineering or Quality Management field
  • Theoretical and practical application of Lean Six Sigma Qualification – Certification in Lean or Six Sigma strongly preferred
  • A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies
  • Experience in managing multiple simultaneous improvement projects and project teams
  • An excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills
  • Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change
  • Leadership and mentoring skills
  • English B2/C1
