Ficosota is now searching for its Sales Excellence Expert based at Bucharest, Romania!
Ficosota is one of the fastest growing companies originating from Eastern Europe, engaged in the manufacture and sale of fast-moving consumer goods in several different directions - home and personal care products, hygiene disposable tissues and snack food.
At the core of Sales Excellence Expert`s position, lays the responsibility to analyze sales data and provide recommendations to optimize sales operations, implement new sales strategies, and develop new processes and procedures.
Main duties and responsibilities:
As a Sales Excellence Expert you will be responsible for:
- Measuring the quality performance of the company's sales teams against pre-set targets and against set corporate standards
- Gathering data by determing the root-cause of fail point and providing solutions for controls to remediate fails, while communicating and coordinating results with both Sales team (Non-Food and Food) and management
- Introduces, trains and assists with the successful onboarding of new field employees
- Analysing and monitoring the commercial structure through enterprise applications to achieve a higher level of efficiency
- Providing feedback toward operational improvements
- Performing a follow-up assessment of the employee's acquired skills and knowledge according to their entry program from the company's internal regulations
- Synchronization of internal processes across the various departments with which the commercial entity is engaged in order to optimize time and task efficiency
- Making recommendations on the design, workload and workflow optimization of the sales structure employees
What you would need to be the right fit:
- Previous experience of 2+ years as a Sales Excellence Expert is required
- With a good knowledge of FMCG products and retail landscape for RO market
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Economics or Marketing is an advantage
- Knowledge of commercial mathematics, knowledge of finance, market plans, merchandising
- Very good level computer literacy and technical skills: Microsoft Office, experience with CRM systems
- Proficiency in English – C1/C2 level
- Clear driving license - category
- Good attention to detail
- Demonstration of good analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
