Ficosota is now searching for its Junior Project Engineer, based at Shumen, Bulgaria!

Ficosota is one of the fastest growing companies originating from Bulgaria, engaged in the manufacture and sale of fast-moving consumer goods in several different directions - home and personal care products, hygiene disposable tissues and snack food. 

At the core of Junior Project Engineer `s position, lays the responsibility to develop organizational activities related to Ficosota Food`s production plants.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Manages projects both administratively and organisationally, being responsible for their delivery on time and within budget
• Prepares conceptual design, including layout drawing, preparation of process schematics and assignments, scheduling and control of timelines and budgets
• Communicates with outside companies and Ficosota Food employees to meet product specifications
• Identifies and researches contractors with the necessary know-how and technical capabilities to secure the needs of the assignments
• Coordinates the designed installations with all stakeholders in Ficosota Food and beyond
• Supervises the implementation of set budgets and deadlines
• Ensures proper balancing between new product development assignments, budget, timelines, client desire
• Ensures balance between speed of execution and quality of project/work produced.
• Acts as the point of contact with the Data Protection Officer on behalf of the department in relation to tasks, projects and queries relating to ensuring compliance with data protection legal requirements
• Responsible for the implementation and compliance within the department of policies, procedures and practices relating to data protection

Requirements and Necessary Skills:

• Previous experience of 2+ years as a Junior Project Engineer is required
• With a good knowledge of FMCG production
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Economics, Technical Education or in a similar field
• Very good level computer literacy and technical skills: Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in English – C1 level
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Presentational skills
