Sales and Merchandising Representative Constanta - Romania
FICOSOTA is a fast-growing company, a manufacturer of home and personal care products and snack food. Already well presented on many markets worldwide, our company works hard to offer customers high quality products, effective decisions, and excellent results. Ficosota is now searching for its SMR based in Constanta, Romania.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing client meetings as per the provisional schedule in the region. Executes the sales targets by monitoring and maintaining an effective product range and presentation
- Maintains constant contact with the clients in the assigned route and the distributor's sales agents for good coordination in the business process
- Negotiates, arranges and maintains secondary points of sales from the clients from route: display, end of shelf, island, stand, etc in according with the policy of company
- Maintains the best product display in line with the company's merchandising standards in the assigned stores from the route
- Collects and sends timely and up-to-date information to the Direct Manager on the market prices of the company's products and competitors' products in order to propose the Direct Manager measures to improve the Company's leadership positions
- Is responsible for the positioning and maintenance of company advertising materials at the point of sale
- Is responsible for introducing and observing the policies, procedures and practices related to the protection of personal data in the department.
Required Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar position, recommended - in the sale of FMCG
- University degree – Economics or Finance will be considered an advantage
- English skills A2/B1
- Ability to analyze and draw result-oriented conclusions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Computer skills – MS Office – Power Point, Word, Excel
- Clean driving license
