Ficosota is searching for an experienced Lean Coordinator!
This position is based in Shumen and reports to Production Excellence Manager within the company.
The Lean Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring ongoing implementation of the company procedures by Lean initiative which will ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of effort. The initiatives that our Lean Coordinator will be leading will be programs for integrating the Lean principles, values, philosophies and continuous improvement tools by coaching and guiding operators on multiple project by Ficosota`s principles.

Ficosota is ensuring the company’s strategic and mindset by the philosophy of Lean.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting training and mentoring practices related to the implementation of the LEAN methodology through LEAN tools, processes and thinking;
- Creating and implementing the Kaizen process and Kaizen culture throughout the organization. And creating initiatives for each employee's practical behavior;
- Creating new process for targeting and monitoring KPIs (key performance indicators) at all levels in the production units;
- Applying the principles of Hoshin Kanri;
- Developing, leading and implementing Lean initiatives using tools including 6S, Visual management, Kanban, Poka Yoke, Visual factory, Kaizen, SMED and Heijunka as well as the processes associated with auditing said projects;
- Participating in and initiating projects to improve the safety, on-time delivery, quality, productivity and efficiency of production and manufacturing processes;
- Initiating and leading Lean projects, related to improvements of the company's eight types of wastes;
- Conducting cost reduction analysis, planning and allocating resources and prioritizing Lean projects;
- Proactive involvement in managing constraints, production flows, workplace organisation and reducing unproductive time;
- Mentor best practice for sharing internal company processes;
- Supporting all Lean projects in the organization and manufacturing area;
- Supporting existing internal processes and improves and adapts where and when necessary, the implementation of the Lean process to improve the integrated quality management system.
Requirements and Necessary Skills:
- Higher education
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodology tools, Kaizen is advantage
- Experience in operational functions such as manufacturing, quality, validation, supply chain would be considered an asset
- Confidence in project management and excellent time management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Fluency in English is an advantage
- Very good computer literacy
