This is a position in our Business Operations Excellence Unit based in Shumen, and will be responsible for modern and automation factory for Hygiene, disposable and tissue.
Main purpose of the role:
Manages production processes to ensure the ontime production of quality products on time at minimum cost. Participates in new product development and existing product improvement by organizing and setting up conditions for industrial sampling.
Best fit of this role would be an expert with technical knowledge, leadership skills, and business acumen.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organizes and leads the preparation and implementation of new products into production to optimize their business value;
- Controls and adjusts production capacities according to requirements;
- Leads, coordinates and supervises activities related to planning, securing and providing production with the necessary personnel, equipment and materials according to production needs and forecasts, in order to improve efficiency, working and safety conditions;
- Monitors, controls and analyses the costs components of productions in order to optimise them.
- Aligns with Maintenance manager schedule for planned preventive activities for production equipment, as well as to react and control needed corrective maintenance activities in case of machine failures;
- Organizes or participates in negotiations with other companies in relation to emerging technical and technological changes and improvements;
- Monitors technical and organizational innovations both in the market and with competitors;
- Participates in initiation and justification of projects (organizational and technical) in relation to the company's development prospects, increasing efficiency in production, staff selection, and improving working and safety conditions, together with the technical team,quality, R&D or independently;
- Ensures compliance with all internal company documents concerning the quality of production and the raw materials and compliance with all national standardization requirements related to the production process.
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience on relevant role and proven experience in managing people;
- Technical Education;
- Experience in managing multiple simultaneous improvement projects and project teams;
- Leadership and mentoring skills;
- Proficiency in English – B2/C1;
- Excellent knowledge of the nomenclature and technical characteristics of the production, the services offered, the organization of the warehouse;
- Knowledge of the construction and technological documentation.
- Analytical personality.
